Delivery services in the UK
We offer free delivery to all Mainland UK.
Our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, FedEx, TNT or UPS depending on the size of your order.
All prints will be sent via Royal Mail and framed prints will be sent via FedEx Next Day Tracked service. We will inform you the service used along with a tracking number of your order to ensure safe delivery of all items.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as we will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or incorrect information of the delivery details. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details please contact us or email us at [email protected] along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change.
Please note that delivery dates stated are only estimations and ukesen holds no responsibility in the event of an unforeseen delay due to the courier. In such an event please contact us for an update.
Delivery times
All orders placed before 11:00 AM will be despatched the same day and after 11:00 AM will be despatched the next working day. All orders placed on a weekend including bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. We may need up to 2 working days during busy periods.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control, which may include issues with the delivery company or such as weather related issues.
All UK mainland orders will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days from the date of despatch. If there are any issues or changes to your delivery times we will inform you immediately and ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner.
International deliveries
All international deliveries follow the same guidelines as UK Deliveries in regards to delivery details and the service use according the size of the order. All prints will be sent via Royal Mail service and larger orders will be sent via FedEx, DHL or UPS service.

Delivery times
Prints outside the UK may take 3 – 7 working days depending on the region that it is being sent to. We will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting us before or after your order is placed.
Large orders outside the UK shipped may take 1 – 10 days depending on the region that it is being sent to. Please contact us if accurate shipping times are required. Deliveries will be accompanied with a tracking number where possible, which will be provided once the item has been despatched.
